Out of the stars mist was born the elegant Naos menu holder – in Space of Space design made from metal. It consists of two parts held together by a very strong magnet. The design creates an imaginary clip so that sheets of paper can be inserted without having to separate the parts while protecting the magnet in busy gastronomy establishments. It is available in three sizes. You can use it outdoors all year round – because this menu won't fly away easily. You can park the products in one of the two stands we offer for them. The first can be mounted on the wall, the second can be freely transported in the space. A great way to store them for example in gardens.

DESIGN

Our space mission is to create products that are functional and integrate into your everyday life. Complementing each other, aesthetics, colour and rounded shapes are their common language that fits every interiér now and 100 light years from now. We think of every detail and produce products at the highest quality in the Czech Republic.

MATERIAL

Durability, strength, and malleability are the properties that made us fall in love with metal. The products are finished with high-quality Swiss powder coating. Thanks to this combination, they will stand out both at home and in the busiest gastronomic operations. Like the moon, they will serve for many years.

CARE

Clean with a damp cloth or natural cleaner. Never use sand-based cleaners, kitchen sponges and scourers, solvents or other chemicals. Beware of sharp objects. The product should not stand in water for long periods of time. Unless otherwise specified, products are for interiér use.

Vyrobeno z hliníku, který je díky své lehkosti vhodný pro produkty, které denně přenášíte. Odolnost získává naohýbáním a specifickým designem. Lakováno vysoce kvalitními práškovými barvami v matném provedení, na kterém nezůstávájí otisky prstů.

Čistěte navlhčeným hadrem, případně přírodním čističem. Nikdy nepoužívejte čistící prostředky na bázi písku, kuchyňské houbičky a drátěnky, rozpouštědla a jiné chemické prostředky. Pozor na ostré předměty. Produkt by neměl stát delší dobu ve vodě.

We dispatch all in-stock items within three business days. Items that are not in stock are in production and usually take 4–6 weeks to make.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS from our delivery partner DPD and a confirmation email from us. On the day of delivery, you will be given an estimated delivery window and access to DPD's courier web app. There you can change the delivery address or date and track your order. If the courier cannot reach you at the address, they will make another delivery attempt on the next business day, with a maximum of three attempts.

We founded Space of Space in 2020, and we design and manufacture every product in Czechia. Jakub Klimeš is a trained architect and Martin Klimeš an economist, bringing both creativity and a systematic approach to the brand.

Would you like to furnish your home or business with Space of Space products? Here you will find answers to the most common questions about using them.

Space of Space products are made from metal—aluminum, stainless steel, or steel. We select the material according to each product's function and intended use. Astro trays, for example, are made from lightweight aluminum, with their strength and rigidity coming from the design itself. Bolid stools, by contrast, use steel to create a strong, stable structure suitable for outdoor use.

Most smaller Space of Space products are dishwasher-safe. For a longer lifespan, however, we recommend washing them by hand with lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, solvents, or other aggressive chemicals. Do not leave the products standing in water for long periods, and protect their surfaces from sharp objects.

The holes are part of the manufacturing process. During powder coating, every product must be grounded so that the powder can be applied electrostatically to its surface. We naturally incorporate the suspension holes into each product's design as a reference to the way it was made.

As part of our B2B partnerships, we offer custom color finishes. We have a wide range of colors and will help you choose the right shade. If needed, we can order an A5 color sample to send to you or review together at a meeting.

Custom colors are available for an additional charge and from a specified minimum quantity. The same conditions apply to services related to color selection and sampling.

We can apply a logo or graphic to most of our products, from simple lettering to more complex artwork. We use two techniques: laser engraving and screen printing. Each has its own advantages, and we always work with the customer to choose the most suitable solution.

Custom manufacturing is not the main focus of Space of Space, but for an interesting project we are happy to develop a new product together. Our collaboration with Eska, for example, resulted in Naos cutlery holders and Naos 02 number stands. For the catering company Zátiší, we designed the Wave 05 stepped stand, while our collaboration with Kuchyň at Prague Castle prompted the development of magnetic Naos menu holders.

A product idea might emerge during a meeting with a client or while waiting at a red light. Development and execution are a more layered process involving prototyping, testing, and incorporating feedback. The journey from the first concept to the finished product can therefore take as long as a year and a half.

The standard lead time for products in a custom color or size is 4–6 weeks. Timing may vary depending on the type of modification and our current production capacity, but outside our annual summer production shutdown we normally deliver within this timeframe.

Jakub Klimeš, designer at Space of Space

Jakub Klimeš is the designer behind Space of Space products. His signature style is built on simple forms—even though producing the products themselves is technically far more complex than it may appear. For Jakub, function and the everyday experience of using a product create the essential connection with anyone who chooses to bring Space of Space into their interior.

His fascination with powder coatings grew out of his parents' business, while his appreciation for timeless interiors and color dates back to his architecture studies at London Metropolitan University and the Royal College of Art in London. Together with his brother Martin, Jakub has received numerous awards and nominations for their work and Space of Space products, including EDIDA, Dezeen Awards, and Czech Grand Design.
