DELIVERY OPTIONS
We deliver throughout the Czech Republic and all countries of the European Union with our partner shipping company DPD. For delivery outside the EU (Switzerland, Norway, …) please contact us at info@spaceofspace.cz.
How long does it take to deliver products?
In stock: 2 – 3 working days
On order: 4 – 6 weeks
All goods that are in stock are dispatched within two working days. Goods that are not in stock are in production and have an estimated delivery date listed on the product page (usually one month).
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a text message from our partner shipping company DPD and a confirmation email from us. On the day of delivery, you will be informed of the timeframe when the courier will arrive and you will receive access details to the DPD courier web app. Here you can change the address or delivery date and track the movement of your order. If the courier does not reach you at the address, the parcel will be delivered again the next working day (maximum 3 attempts).
PRICE OF SHIPPING
DPD delivery to an address in the Czech Republic: 15,00 € including VAT
DPD PICKUP delivery to a delivery point in the Czech Republic: 15,00 € including VAT
The price of shipping within the European Union is calculated automatically according to the size of the order and the exact location of delivery. For orders outside the European Union, you may be charged customs fees or tax upon receipt of your package. Space of Space has no control over these charges, but we are happy to advise you.
