BANK TRANSFER (free)
Payment is made according to the instructions sent by email with your order. We expect payment within 5 days of the order being placed; after that, we cannot guarantee that the items will remain in stock.
CARD PAYMENT (free)
You can pay online through the GoPay payment gateway using Visa, Visa Electron, or Mastercard, or via Apple Pay.
CASH ON DELIVERY (CZK 39)
Pay in cash or by card when the driver from our delivery partner DPD hands over your order. Drivers carry mobile payment terminals, so you can choose your payment method when you receive the order.
We deliver throughout Czechia and to every country in the European Union with our delivery partner DPD. For delivery outside the EU, including Switzerland and Norway, please contact us at info@spaceofspace.cz.
How long does delivery take?
In stock: 3 business days
Made to order: 4–6 weeks
We dispatch all in-stock items within three business days. Items that are not in stock are in production and usually take 4–6 weeks to make.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS from our delivery partner DPD and a confirmation email from us. On the day of delivery, you will be given an estimated delivery window and access to DPD's courier web app. There you can change the delivery address or date and track your order. If the courier cannot reach you at the address, they will make another delivery attempt on the next business day, with a maximum of three attempts.

Shipping within the European Union is calculated automatically according to the size of your order and the exact delivery location. Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or taxes when you receive your parcel. Space of Space has no control over these charges, but we will be happy to advise you.

Your satisfaction is the driving force of our universe. If the product you purchased is not what you were looking for, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Please return the product unused and undamaged, securely packed and ideally in its original packaging. Include the completed form below with the parcel. Returns form
You can arrange return shipping here.
We will refund your payment by bank transfer no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods. If a returned product is deemed unsuitable for resale, for example because of scratches or food stains, the refund will be reduced by the value of the damage.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
After receiving the returned goods, Space of Space will refund both the price of the returned product and the original shipping charge.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Bought a red tray but meant to order green? You can cancel or change your order until it has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible so that we do not have to charge you for dispatch costs.
